I don’t leave many reviews, but Ryan deserves one. For a variety of reasons that were not in our or Ryan’s control, our transaction was quite challenging. He was always a step ahead and proactively located and retained the right inspectors and professionals so that we could purchase with confidence. I recently purchased a property in Emerald Isle, NC with Ryan and couldn’t be happier! Ryan is a class act. He listened to our needs and wishes and did his utmost to find the perfect home for us. He was tenacious in his efforts. We trusted him so much that we asked him to show a relative a home we were most interested in since we were back in MS. He KNEW what we wanted and liked from our previous in-person visits. We were working with Ryan for months trying to find a house while living in MS and looking online for a home in eastern NC. We flew up and spent 6 days looking at homes Ryan lined up and made several offers that fell through but it helped Ryan know what we really wanted so as we flew back home he continued to send us homes to review. We listed our home and it sold quickly putting more pressure on us to find a home but w Ryan’s help, he found us a home we couldn’t be more happy with and made the closing process very easy being out of state. He also helped us transfer the utilities, find a good insurance company and a contractor to make some minor repairs. If you want a professional to work w and someone who truly care about finding you a home in this crazy market, Ryan is your guy. I also have to give credit to Danica, Ryan’s office manager, she made sure our paperwork flowed flawlessly and even assisted w home showings.
